I take great care in pricing homes. If you’d like to see what a computer thinks your home is worth, click the button.  Go for it, it’s fun, but if you’d like a legitimate Comparable Market Analysis (CMA), let me know.  To truly price a home requires seeing it and then pulling comparable sales.  I’m happy to do this if you’re thinking about selling, for estate planning purposes, or if you’re just curious about how much equity you’ve got.
